I just called The OSB Bar attorney referral service 503-620-0222 @ 11:30am on 3/13/15 , She just told me there are no pro-bono lawyers. I told the lady on the phone about this page I am staring at and she said it is nothing she is told to comment on. I suggested if she told the next caller about his page it might be a lie of omission now.
ReplyDeleteThe Appellate Pro Bono Program was established to assist the Oregon appellate courts with cases in which the court would benefit from attorney representation.
DeleteUnfortunately, the cases are not selected by the public or litigants, and it is not a referral program, legal aid program, or public assistance program. Rather, the program exists to assist in cases that may benefit, for one reason or another, from an attorney's representation.
